The first step is your company needs to provide the following documents to us, and we will prepare law documents to Chinese Government, which written in English and Chinese. Chinese government department will take 1-2 months to check the documents, once all the documents passed, those documents will referred to 10 professor who are good at scrap. If they audit there is no problem with those documents, those documents will be referred to the government department, and then they will have a meeting to discuss those documents, if success, AQSIQ certificate will be promulgated. 1. Application Form for Provisional Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Imported Scrap Materials; The form need to be signed by legal representative with the company’s stamp.
2 .The notarized tax and business registration documents
Note：The notarization documents must show the name of the company’s legal representative and company’s registered address. The notary agency: the authorized office of the country in which the foreign ministries or official notary department or the local Chinese embassy, etc
3. The plans of the offices ,and also the warehouse and processing location if you have. The dimensions (length and width) of the all location and each departments must be shown on the plan .
4. The photos of the offices and also the warehouse and processing location if you have. The photos must show the panoramic view of the company , the company’s name label, the address , the inside and outside views of the location.
5. The ISO9001 certificate color.
